Brewing Experts
Our Brewmasters are Bryan Conway, Tim Dryden, and Ben Knight (Founder of the Prolyfk Brewing Project). They are usually busy brewing, monitoring, testing, and operating the complex machines that give our beer its complex flavor. Our team has a deep understanding of the art and science of brewing, so every batch is produced with passion and skill. With this passion, we produce beer unlike anything you will find elsewhere.
Bar Manager
Johnny is in charge of our bar and is involved in general management and ordering. He manages our inventory and makes sure our bar has the best customer service, preparation, and presentation.
Bartenders
Rick, Sam, Lena, Paul, and Jason are our bartenders. Lena also runs our monthly trivia games.
